1. Using our service
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use SiteStart Template. You're responsible for the activity that happens on your account and for keeping your password secure.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of anything you create using SiteStart Template. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use SiteStart Template to:
- Break the law or infringe on someone else's rights
- Send spam, malware, or abusive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
SiteStart Template is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or through the app.
